Carnitas Plate
The carnitas plate is absolutely delicious! You get a generous portion of carnitas, cooked to perfection. The meat is flavorful and tender. The rice and beans truly complement the meal. This is my go-to meal.

I've been dining at The Blue Bonnet for over 30 years. It's my most favorite and never disappoints. I love the guacamole, salsa, chili rellenos, and tacos.

Outstanding! Best enchiladas I've ever eaten. And I've tried them all. The chips & salsa are amazing. Wish I could order salsa and ship to family in Texas, California. Do you offer it in a jar?
