Sopa de Tortilla con Pollo
Classic homemade Mexican tortilla soup with roasted poblanos and sweet corn. Spicy!

Stuffed Poblano Chilies (spicy)
This dish was created in Puebla Mexico and is always served in the fall and winter months. Two fire roasted poblano peppers stuffed with a relish of sweet corn, onions, sour cream, and green chilies. (Vegetarian). Ground beef, chicken, or shredded beef may be added to one or both poblanos. All orders are topped with melted cheese drizzled with sour cream served with rice and beans or salad.

Robalo al Pastor
Cubed mahi mahi chili rubbed and grilled with pineapple and fajita vegetables.
Served with rice and beans and two tortillas

Pastel de Carne
A great twist on a traditional meatloaf. Ground beef, onions, green chili’s and jalapenos, all smothered in our homemade green chili. Served with rice and beans

Taquitos
Crispy homemade chicken taquitos comes with a cup of green chili and
drizzled with sour cream served 6 to a plate and served with rice and beans

Apple Empanadas
Sliced pastry filled with warm apples and drizzled with a caramel sauce.
