Sopa de Tortilla con Pollo- Classic homemade Mexican tortilla soup with roasted
poblanos and sweet corn. Spicy!
Posole- Classic homemade Mexican pork stew with hominy and onions . Garnished with
shredded cabbage. Spicy!
Shrimp Poblanos- Two fire roasted poblano peppers stuffed with shrimp and a relish of
sweet corn, onions, sour cream and green chilis. All orders are topped with melted
cheese, drizzled with sour cream and served with rice and beans or a salad.
