Stuffed Poblano Chilies (spicy)
This dish was created in Puebla Mexico and is always served in the fall and winter months.
Two fire roasted poblano peppers stuffed with a relish of sweet corn, onions, sour cream,
and green chilies. (Vegetarian). Ground beef, chicken, or shredded beef may be added
to one or both poblanos. All orders are topped with melted cheese drizzled
with sour cream served with rice and beans or salad.
Robalo al Pastor
Cubed mahi mahi chili rubbed and grilled with pineapple and fajita vegetables.
