Gazpacho — Classic Mexican cold soup made with tomato, cucumber,
and avocado, spiced with chilies and garnished with fresh lime.

Queso Fundido — Our traditional queso made with real cheddar and spicy
chorizo sausage. Drizzled with sour cream, garnished with pico de gallo,
and served with warm flour tortillas.

Ceviche — Classic marinated fish cocktail found along Mexico's coastlines.
Our dish consists of mahi mahi marinated in lime juice mixed with fresh
tomatoes, jalapenos, peppers, onions and cilantro.
Served as an appetizer with tortilla chips and slices of lime.

Ceviche Tostadas — Two tortillas topped with fresh ceviche, drizzled with
sour cream and guacamole. Served with rice and beans or a salad.

Mexican Style Shrimp Cocktail — Served in a 10 oz. margarita glass
overflowing with shrimp, avocado, cucumbers, tomato, onions, jalapenos
and cilantro. Served gazpacho style, accompanied with chips and a lime.

Chicken Sweet Corn Tamales — Two homemade tamales filled with
chicken, sour cream, sweet corn, poblano peppers and onions. Served
with rice and beans or a salad, and a side of green chili.
May be ordered in combination with our other homemade tamales.

Carne Asada Burrito — Our seasoned carne asada wrapped in a tortilla
with grilled fajita vegetables, drizzled with sour cream and guacamole.
Served with a side of green chili, rice and beans.

Chorizo Burrito — Spicy Chorizo sausage, grilled fajita vegetables,
jalapenos and diced potatoes smothered with green chili and served with
rice and beans.

Mexican Summer Salad — An entrée sized salad of mixed greens, black
beans, corn, red peppers, cucumbers and diced tomatoes. Served in a
tortilla bowl with your choice of dressing.
Also available with grilled chicken, mahi mahi, chicken adovado or pork adovado.

Playa Mango Salad — Your choice of chicken adovado, pork adovado,
grilled chicken or chili rubbed mahi mahi served atop fresh mixed
greens with mango, red peppers, jicama, black beans and scallions.
Served in a tortilla bowl with mango pineapple vinaigrette
